Bobbi Jo Miller-Rettmann, Registered Dietitian
Bobbi Jo is a Registered Dietitian (RD) with a Master of Science degree in Nutritional Science. She offers a wide array of experiences in clinical dietetics, but her passions lie in nutrition education and alternative nutrition support. She is committed to providing the necessary education to patients, their families, and their care givers to ensure our special needs adults and seniors receive the high quality of care they deserve. Whether it is providing an in-service to a small group of caregivers regarding a patient's enteral feeding or teaching a senior how to use their new glucometer, Bobbi Jo finds great satisfaction in being able to serve others. She has demonstrated her devotion to her profession and leadership skills through years of serving as a board member & Past-President of the Greater Spokane Dietetic Association. Bobbi Jo is also an active participant in the Washington State Dietetic Association and the American Dietetic Association.

Dr. David Q. Gigler, Clinical Services
Dr. David Gigler brings long experience in Pharmacy, along with a emphasis in several fields of healthcare including radiology and imaging and dialysis. He is chiefly responsible for clinical services at ReliantRx. Along with a high level of volunteer fundraising for community healthcare and non-profits, David is deeply interested in access to care and prevention programs, areas in which he believes ReliantRx has a significant impact. By delivering immunizations and health management to patients at their residence, he believes ReliantRx can prevent a host of potential health problems. David earned his Doctor of Pharmacy at Washington State University, and is a Registered Pharmacist and is APhA/CDC certified in immunization. He is a member of Washington State Pharmacy Association.

Dr. Heather McHenry-Kroetch, Director of Pharmacy
Dr. Heather McHenry-Kroetch brings experience in retail, ambulatory, clinical and institutional pharmacy, and a special emphasis in anticoagulation therapy to ReliantRx. She maintains a very active involvement in many areas of community service that includes project development, education and fundraising. A critical healthcare focus for her is improving the quality of life for seniors through streamlined, transparent, medication and services management. Heather is confident ReliantRx pharmacists can relieve families and care-givers of the burden of managing drug regimens, routine communication with physicians, billing and refill management and more, thus facilitating the highest standard of personalized care. Heather is a Registered Pharmacist who earned her Doctor of Pharmacy at Washington State University. She is a member of the Washington State Pharmacy Association and Rho Chi, the Academic Honor Society in Pharmacy.

Dr. Megan Wheeler, Clinical Pharmacist
Dr. Megan Wheeler has extensive experience managing pharmacies in a retail setting, in long-term care facilities and at hospitals. In her career as a pharmacist she has developed a keen interest and great skill in palliative care and pain relief. Her ability to alleviate symptoms through medication adjustments has resulted in real relief. It is Megan's goal to deliver therapies that provide genuine and significant improvement in the quality of life for ReliantRx clients. Megan earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree at Washington State University. She is a Registered Pharmacist, a Certified Compounding Pharmacist and a member of the American Pharmaceutical Association, the American Society of Pharmacists, and the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists.

Tammy Kroetch, Chief Executive Officer
Ms Kroetch, CEO and co-founder of ReliantRx, has an ambitious vision for the company; provide mobile fulfillment of the highest quality products and services to long-term care facilities and their clients using the most advanced health care technology and delivery methodologies available. This vision has led Tammy to assemble a team of healthcare professionals, to develop leading-edge, pharmacy-specific software, and to creatively adapt advanced delivery processes and techniques to the special requirements of pharmaceutical home delivery.
Tammy is determined to far exceed client expectations yet reduce costs through automation and precision handling and delivery. She fully expects to grow ReliantRx into a successful, contributing member of the regional business community.
